Cancellation of Registration

For registration fees to be refunded, a written notice of cancellation must be sent to  info@isa2010.org before 7^th of June 2010. For any cancellations between 8^th of June and 7^th of July 2010, 50% amount of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after 7^th of July 2010.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservations

Any change of hotel reservations and cancellations must be addressed to the congress secretariat. For any hotel cancellations until the 7^th of July, after deducting the 10% of the whole amount for any bank fees, the remaining amount will be reimbursed. Between 7^th of July and 7^th of August, 1 night deposit will be charged for any cancellations. After 7^th of August no refunds will be made.
