• Hotel reservations are made on a first come first served basis. Regarding that in year 2010, İstanbul is chosen as the European Capital of Culture and will host many meetings, the hotels will be overbooked. For his reason you are strongly recommended to make early reservations not to have difficulty about the housing.
• All of the hotels mentioned above are within walking distance to Harbiye Museum in order to provide easy access to the congress venue.
