The full text material of the Bielschowsky Lecture, symposia, workshops, round table discussion, paper & poster presentations at ISA 2010 will be included in the "Transactions Book". The authors are asked to strictly adhere the instructions for authors. Please note that there will not be any editing process to correct the language of the papers and it will appear in the form that the authors send the manuscripts. It will not be possible to include those with poor quality of English, and those that were written out of the given format. The Editor and the Scientific Committee has the right to decide which presentation will appear in the Transactions Book. Please note that the Transactions Book will be sent to the ISA Members only.

The full text material may be directly handled to the Editor Prof. Dr. Seyhan B. Özkan during the meeting which is the more preferred method. The deadline for receiving the manuscripts by the Editor is 5th October 2010. Please note that there will not be any extension for this deadline.

Guidelines for Presentations

1. Poster Presentations:

Poster Size: 70 cm x 90 cm in portrait (vertical) set-up.
Poster Set-Up: 22 September 2010

Full names and surnames of the authors should be written and the presenter’s name should be indicated.

Institutions of the study should be written, name of the city and country should be indicated.

Rapid fire session: 3 min. for presentation and 2 min. for discussion

The authors who received the information that they were selected for the rapid fire session will also make a brief presentation of their work in the “Rapid Fire” session

2. Paper (Oral) Presentations:

Duration of presentation: 7 min. for presentation and 3 min. for discussion

All speakers giving a presentation are requested to validate their presentation in the Preview Centre a minimum of 2 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at the morning session.

PowerPoint Presentations
The accepted media in the Preview Centre are: External HDD, CD-Rom, DVD (data/video) and USB/Flash Discs. In your *.ppt presentation on a CD-Rom and/or a USB stick please ensure, that all of the data is loaded (e.g. embedded video files, extra fonts, special graphs/drawings/pictures).
Any presentations have to be installed on the server of the Congress Centre and will be “transferred” to the respective room of the presentation. No private computers will be allowed to be used for the sessions. Preview of the presentation is possible in the preview room. Please note; this is the only mode of projection available. No slides or overhead projection is possible.

MAC Users: If you are a mac-user, make sure that you check-in early with the Preview Centre for your mac-presentation to be converted to a pc format. There will not be the possibility to place a laptop in the rooms.
